Random Updates
Haha... It's been a long while since i "open" this door to update.
Well, am busy with lots of things. If you want a more current update of me.
You can visit Sharon's or Joash's blog at http://www.sumbebejo.blogspot.com/ or http://www.tomsum.blogspot.com/
Well, Sharon had been shortlisted in the worship team as a Backup Vocalist (BV) & in Choir.
She started her choir singing few weeks back and is really blessed by this choir team.
She've been getting herself ready by investing in some new clothings and the latest good buy was this branded part of heels.
I think in weeks to come, she'll on the front support the worship leader with her ever sweet angelic voice. Jia you!
As for me I am selected to play drum. Yes, will OJT soon before CEFC schedule me to play.
Very excited because we can finally serve & work hard after 7 months of rest.
This community (CEFC) is very authetic. My CG leader says: "What you see if what you get".
No hidden clauses or agenda. Everyone is real.
Here's some pic of my latest family oversea weekend trip to Malacca. Enjoy.

Updates- Most Recent to Oldest
Hey I am back after a short weekend trip from JB. It was a different experience this time round.
We went to Kota Tinggi & finally had our A&W!
Thank you Uncle Kishore for lending us his Trajet. We've save quite a lot of $.
I've seen how God used a punk to bring restoration to a friend of ours. Glory be to God!
My client finally signed on the dotted line, of course with a lower contract sum.
Photos... Recent to oldest... Enjoy

不完美- 李玖哲
Came across this song in radio 100.3 while driving to work early this morning.
This song had a very soothing & nice arrangement. It actually stay with me the whole day.
This song speaks about my imperfection, our imperfection.
Yet i know that I have a PERFECT GOD that will one day slowly but surely change all my (our) imperfections into perfection.
We must also learn to find strength in God in our imperfection...
So when we are change from glory to glory. God can inhabit all the Glory!
So would like to share this song with you. Enjoy

Some Updates
I know I know...
My blog is very dusty now...Haha...
Ok, let me first thank my wife for ensuring things at home function in 1 piece when I am away for my reservist.
Dear, thanks for your understanding by allow me to MIA (not really tho' haha cos I still do some chores when I am home every night) in the wee morning.
You are the bestest wife on the face of this earth. Love you!
Yes, I am currently (10 Nov 12:30pm 2008) updating my dusty corner at my unit's "Business Centre" now. Cool right? "Business Centre"?
This place was set up just to cater to NSmen by allowing them to check emails, stocks, work during our training here. This place is open to all men in green.
Am very happy that I will be MR on 11th Nov. MR means military reserve.
I've served my 10 years cycle. IF they don't mobilise me, then technically I'll be free from all call ups and having to wear the green attire.
Been planning at how to expand the company biz and looking at enlarging the manpower base.
Indeed it's not easy to run a company. But God will enable me to come by it.
Will be asking for a pay rise if Poly Marina sign the dotted line.
To have or not to have? To own or not to own? All these will goes down to how much I'll be getting.
Ok, go to go...will update once I am discharge from my national service. Cos I can't hog onto this desktop.
See you around soon!
Oh yes, my godson, Timothy had ORD today! And he wants us to bring him to buy a gift for his aunty. Such a thoughtful boy!
Blessings... bye

Sharing My Thoughts
Hi all, it's very seldom of me to post twice this week. But I am very concerned...
I've been reading online news, watching tv news... there has been lots of or maybe tonnes of BAD news everywhere ever since the "sub-prime" issues, political instabilities in Asean etc...
Everywhere is in economy recessions... even in Singapore! Can you imagine? None is spared! (But I guess the richer ones bear the crunch most)
I've never read so much bad news at straits time online news today 10/10/08. Almost 99% on gobal financial situations and 1% on political situations in Siam.
BUT I am reminded of this passage taken from the bible... My good friend from my previous organisation shared this with us.
Isaiah 6:1-8 (New International Version)
Isaiah's Commission
1 In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord seated on a throne, high and exalted, and the train of his robe filled the temple.
2 Above him were seraphs, each with six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying.
3 And they were calling to one another: "Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory."
4 At the sound of their voices the doorposts and thresholds shook and the temple was filled with smoke.
5 "Woe to me!" I cried. "I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the LORD Almighty."
6 Then one of the seraphs flew to me with a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with tongs from the altar.
7 With it he touched my mouth and said, "See, this has touched your lips; your guilt is taken way and your sin atoned for."
8 Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" And I said, "Here am I. Send me!"
Allow me to share my thoughts or maybe share my sermon outlines.
-In the year that King Uzziah died...
When a King or a ruler died, you would tend to see the nation in some forms of turmoil.
(Eg: Read about Mrs Butto? Parkistian's favour people leader? She was assasinated. The entire nation was in chaos)
Same as this financial recession... gobal stocks exchange experiencing indexes going for a southward plung! Experts said it was a worse hit in 1990s.
-I saw the Lord seated on a throne, high and exalted, and the train of his robe filled the temple.
Isaiah saw the Lord seated on a throne, high and exalted, and the train of his robe filled the temple.
Isn't that AWESOME! What a contrast.
Isaiah changes the natural into a supernatural. 2D into 3D perspective.
It's like looking at a 2D picture then SUDDENLY you can look beyond the 2D...
God is in control of everything!
Application:
1. Look to God
What situation are you in right now? Can you see God's purpose in your situation? Is it a gloom & doom situation? or can you still see that God is in control & He's high and exalted in your situation?
2. Login to God
When was the last time you prayed? When was the last time you "log into God". I admit that I my prayer life is not very fantastic but I am working on it. How about you?
We always go online & login to our facebook, our email account BUt we must not neglect our spiritual login line.
3. Love others to God without string attached
During this recession, you might see some retrenchments, jobless, or the stressed-out people or you see friends around you in some tough time. Are you able to share what you have with others? Are you able to share God's love larvished on you to others? (I am not talking about sharing the gospel) So that people around you can experience God's love in a practical way?
Can you meet a felt need?
Nothing is insignificant when you begin to share or when you meet one's need.
8 Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" And I said, "Here am I. Send me!"
God is still in control!

Overdue Updates
Hi everyone!
A really very belated Happy Childrens' day to everyone!
A really very belated Happy Childrens' day to everyone!
Heard this lame jokes from a preacher and it still stay in me.
Dad: Son, how's your result for maths today?
Dad: Son, how's your result for maths today?
Son: Dad, my result is under water?
Dad: What does under water means, son?
Son: My teacher says that my maths result is below C level.
Early drive on the expressway is enjoyable at 545am for the past coming 6 weeks.2 more weeks to go before my client decides to sign on the dotted line.
I've a very good feeling that they will sign contract with us cos a new dawn has come.

Some quotes that I came across:
-What you do may not be prominent, but it is very significant in the kingdom of God.
-What you tolerate, you never change!
-Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited.
Imagination encircles the world- Albert Einstein
-Work and grow on what you have. Dont' focus on what you don't have.
New dawn will come when it brings new favour & new synergy.
Most of my younger friends had turn 21. I have seen how they have grow & changed. I believe they grow & changed for the better. Take a look at them and you'll know. But please don't forget your God in the days of your youth.
NS has really changed your perspective in life and about life. Hope these changes makes you a better person.
Make decision that will reap long term goal in relationship. Don't just look at the facade. Appearance will loose it's value. Anyway, you've to bear the consequence you made.
You need this 3 to move on after a fail relationship- Choice, Determination & Support. You need to make the choice & be determine to stick to your choice.
Recorded some new songs in the studio with my friends. We had a great time just doing it. It was really fun!Sounded like a professional track. Praise the Lord.Pray that our songs will be shortlisted.
Still praying & thinking if I should start a band.

*.* Updates & Some Pics ^.^
Attended service last week.
During the worship, Ps Fabian wanted us to find a partner or as a family to pray.
Committing & surrendering to God things that hinders us or takes our focus away from us.
After committing our businesses, family back... A CERTAIN breakthrough came for me on Monday!
A local marine firm wanted us to do their training pool maintenance after my business associate highly recommended us to them.
Thank God for the business opening. I knew deep down in my heart it was God and it has to be God.
Was it a pure coincidence? Nope absolutely not! It's a divine appointment made by God!
The favour from the firm was positive and we were given 2 months to prove our effectiveness.
Yes, it's really hard work because I've to wake up as early as 5am to be there by 6am as their first training lesson starts at 9am.
It's tiring but I am enjoying it as the benefit is great.
I can breathe in tonnes of fresh air in the morning as the training pool is built near the park-west coast park!
Once proven, it will be a huge contract signed! Pray with me on this. Thanks!
They have high tech staffs as well. With each of them carrying a Blackberry, they reply emails on the move!
Am thinking of staying connect with my emails and my work on the move by buying a wireless modem from my service provider. But will see if this contract is signed. ^.^
Pics
This pic look scary... if you have a weak heart... pls skip over.

ZY don't even know he was shot... he was in a deep sleep. Yes, very deep sleep! Haha!
For more updates on this, you can see Sharon's blog at www.sumbebejo@blogspot.com
This pic was at a traffic light. If you can zoom in this pic, you'll know why!
Both car (Suzuki & Toyota) with the same number plate beside each other. So I took it while waiting for the traffic light to turn green.

Some of my song writer friends had decided to go ahead with the redo of their demos before the submission.
In the process of forming a band! It has been a desire in my heart for a long time.
Let's commit this desire back to the Lord.
Something good is gonna happen. Something good is instore! Update soon.
Blessings,
Tom

Some Updates
Hey I am back updating.
It's been more than 1 month since I left.
Many left with great disappointment while some left felt used.
Yes, i do miss my friends in the cell & some friends in the team.
Personally for me, it was a positive move- For Sum & Joash. Uprooted my entire family from the place of uncertainties to a place where Intentational Disciple Making Church (IDMC)is all about.
Timing was good for Joash.
My family worship was restored.
No frustrations from Sum.
No more finger pointing from the others.
Joash looking forward to Sunday School.
The sermons were short, simple yet bringing conviction to the hearts.
I am blessed with a strong pulpit.
The constant thing in life is change. Changes helps us grow.
The latter is better than the former.
Attended my church's 30th Anniversary... Man! It was awesome! Seeing the worship pastor danced with the rest of the worship team. He's almost in his late forties or early fifties.
Gurmit shared his testimony- Brought many people to tear. Gillian cried too.
I nearly teared when he shared: "I wonder how is it like to see my dad & mum walking with Jesus hand in hand...then he teared cos he missed his parents".
I missed barnabas too. How does it feel for Barn to walk with Jesus hand in hand? Must be an awesome experience. Maybe Barn is playing with Gurmit's parents? Haha... Never say never.
Met up with him on Sunday although the meeting short, it was really a good time catching up. There were so much things to share and pour out to him but time do not permit. You have knew me since young and had personally walk with me... Deep down in your eyes... you knew... you knew what happens last six months.
I agreed that the seed planted never die cos no one, not any circumstances or things on earth can take that seed away from you.
Sisters, slide back to God. Let the seed grow within you again.
Congrats to your SOT. My family will celebrate this with you soon. You had fought hard and had grown tremenously. Keep growglowing.
Remember this-making the right decisions is vital cos all decisions made has it's own consequences.
Ra, happy birthday to you! Will celebrate yours when you are back!
Someone's birthday coming in Sept. These dear friends are entering into adulthood. Make your day free hor... Then can punk you meh...Lol...
Can you imagine Jo hiding with the big umbrella? Haha... He's doing it right now while i am blogging.
Take care all.
Will blog again soon.
Money not enough- Is one enough? We are still praying...
If God speaks to you, please call or email us. Thanks.

12 Aug
Hi everyone,
On my previous post about dates,
Yes, today is another important date and day that I will remember and must not forget.
It's so important that when the month Aug kicks in, I'll start to plan for this special someone and recall the other.
Yes, this special someone is none other who can captivated my heart 12 years back as a friend (and she's still captivating my heart other than Jesus)... from there this friendship develope further.
From friend to good friend. From good friend to confidante. From my confidante to galfriend. From my ex-galfriend to be my lovely wife.
Dear this is the prayer text that I sms you this morning...
Dear God, on this special day I want to pray that You will bless Sharon with a special blessing. Let her enjoy the fruit in everything that she put her hands into.
Cause her to prosper in all areas. Happy birthday to you dear. Love you.
May I present you this song as one of the present. Been looking for this the last 10 days and this the best playlist that I've found in imeem.com. Hope you enjoy the music & especially the lyrics. It very meaningful. (The rest of the reader, don't feel jealous. Haha!)
Hope you enjoy this and also tonight's dinner that I've reserved for you and surprise in advance.
Love you! Cheers! Happy Birthday! Btw... welcome to the 30s club...Oppps... Haha!
